to prevent what happened with Vaderman's pack if I ever decide to stop updating this pack:
-someone can take ownership if the pack becomes inactive for 6 months or more with no reason or reassurance for future updates.
-It cannot be reuploaded, if you wish to continue the pack, you need to have a significant update to the pack before reuploading it. (at least 4 new items and 8 new textures) OR a version update if this pack becomes unusable with the current version of Minecraft.
-I can take back ownership anytime I want.
