Why Depixel? Cross-platform, weekly snapshot support, and many add-ons.

How is it better than what’s already exists? The goal of Depixel is to make textures like an artist. I’m trying to make what Mojang developers would have made if Minecraft was in 32x scale from the beginning. Depixel isn’t perfect in that sense, because nobody knows how Mojang developers would actually make 32x textures. I’m just adding little details that Mojang possibly could not fit in 16x scale, while keeping it totally obvious, recognizable, realistic, consistent, and not breaking the Vanilla athmosphere.

Logo

The disintegrating pixel logo of Depixel was created by Schmueles exclusively for the pack.

Not allowed: using the logo as your own individual or brand identity.

Allowed: using the banner as the way to spread the word.

Textures

Creating textures takes a lot of time, respect that.

Not allowed: using the textures as your own.

Prohibited: stealing the pack, (especially for brazil kids). Stealing is: not providing the original links, the pack name, the original creator's name, or even worse, claiming it as someone elses.

Allowed: tweaking, recoloring, using as placeholder the textures only for personal use.

Allowed: using Depixel as base for your packs only for personal use. All resource packs that use textures from Depixel as base called remixes.

Media

Not allowed: Downloading and redistributing any .zip and .mcpack files. People must have access to the most recent update.

Allowed: Redistributing the link as a way of promotion, you must provide link directly to this site.

Allowed: using Depixel and it’s remixed versions in your videos, streams, photos, art. But you should provide a link to this site.

Monetization

Not allowed: using textures in commercial projects (games, movies, etc.) without contacting me and arranging terms between us.

Prohibited: hiding this site, official download link, remixed versions behind paid link shorteners (e.g. AdFly, Shorte.st, (Link removed)).

These terms are ex post facto.

In case of violation of any of these terms we may take legal actions against the violator.

The guidelines can be changed at any time, with or without notification.

Note: you can/can not do no matter what with the Depixel if the creator Schmueles and his team decide this.
