[Update for 1.20+] New flag designs with support for all possible resolutions:
www.mediafire.com/folder/rle6zd3mqbfwl/Minecraft_1.20%2B_Full_Flags
[UPDATE for 1.20 Pre-release 1+] If you are playing a version that finally includes the animation fix, then this is your link:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/621bs68ft69bjyn/Minecraft+Destroy+Stage+Pride+Flags+Pack+by+Jupisoft+1.20+Pre-release+1+FIX.zip/file
If you play on anything before 1.20 Pre-release 1, then use this link:
www.mediafire.com/file/j1u7x2x9dx1t3wm/Minecraft_Destroy_Stage_Pride_Flags_Pack_by_Jupisoft.zip/file
Note: the direct download is different since the upload limit is 15 MB, so it doesn't include support for older Minecraft versions, but both links above still do :-)
This is a compilation of 461 unique resource packs that replace the "destroy stage" (block breaking animation) with one of the included 461 pride flags. It makes for all of them a circular animation that resembles the movement of an analogic clock, so it starts above in the middle and turns around clockwise until the flag has fully appeared.
All the packs are backwards compatible since the images are cloned in the folders named "block" and "blocks", so in theory and despite its pack format number 9 (and some Minecraft warnings) it should load even in very old version without any problems since those files haven't been modified since they were added into the game.
The main zip file also includes a file called "Index.png" with previews of all the included flags, so just by looking at any flag you might know its file name since its also drawn on the image, and aside from that each zip resource pack also includes its proper "pack.png" for a quick preview in game as well as a unique description.
All the images included in each resource pack are 512 x 512 pixels, but since Minecraft only uses up to 10 images per animation, it shouldn't load in excess, so even a very bad computer with integrated graphics of 1 GB of VRAM can play with these packs without problems.
Finally I'm sadly well aware of the Minecraft old bug that despite having 10 unique destroy animations only uses the first 9 of them. So this packs have been created automatically to only support the first 9 frames (the 10th is just a clone of the 9th), meaning you'll always get to see the full intended animation and a full flag at the end.
Based on my Pride Flags application on GitHub: GitHub - Jupisoft111/Pride-Flags: Pride Flags can show and export to PNG most of the LGBTQIA+ flags
Edit: while I was writing this I checked that old bug page, and it now says it has finally been fixed: https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-35078. So I added an updated version for it as well that fully uses the 10 unique animation frames instead of the first 9.
Thanks a lot for your interest in my works and have a wonderful day :-)

i cannot even imagine how long it took to make these. i salute your dedication
In any case and trying to fix both issues I've done in just a few minutes another export with my tool only for 1.20+ with the full flags in them, so several pixels from the bottom and top will be unused, but all the flags will appear complete and with their 5:3 aspect ratio.
Also I have exported all the possible resolution: 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, 64x, 128x, 256x, 512x, 1.024x, 2.048x and even 4.096x. So hopefully you and the rest might find something more of your liking. Here is the folder with all the ZIP files by groups:
