We currently use a Kappa shader for most promo stuff, which is nice, but not as practical for regular play. And this particular video was still shot in SEUS Renewed. There will be a new video very soon that we are working on.

That is difficult to say. It depends on many things. But one thing is certain. There will be so many until everything is completely redone, included animals and NPCs.
