I know how to fix the "not compatible" problem, it's a problem I had with my texture packs, what you have to do is go into the document titled "pack" and inside, change the pack format to "2". I hope this helps! (Also totally check out much texture packs while your at it ;D)

I didn't really change any of the blocks, mostly the items, there animated also, and renamed.
