Instructions for installing this texturepack are in the download.
But still, here's some right now.

-Go to %appdata% in your computer (type %appdata% in the top bar)
-Go to .minecraft
-Go to the resourcepacks folder
-Open the winrar zip file and take the Downtown TP folder out, and put it into the resourcepacks folder.
-Play minecraft, go to options>resourcepacks and choose Downtown TP! Enjoy!
Make sure you don't put in any of the .txt files and don't put in the whole Winrar Zip file!

If you see any problems with the HUD or other GUI, please report it to me in the comments because it is COMPLETELY NEW!

Some textures still need to be added, I know, but I wanted to release the 1.8 ASAP! I did not "forget" any, more updates will be released soon!

Don't think the popreel thingy depends on amount of diamonds. Think it's more depending on amount of views per day and amounts of downloads

Update on how the 1.8 update is going!:
The texturepack is being even more modernized! The ores are being redesigned, along with redstone, foliage, GUI and much more! And of course, it is being updated to all of the 1.8 items & blocks! It will be ready by the release of Minecraft 1.8!
