just now I downloaded easy blocks bedrock on my iPad (logged out of PMC and everything) and it had the fixed vex,
so the only thing I can think of is maybe you downloaded it right when I replied to you because there was like a 3 minute time frame when it wasn't fixed after I replied because I accidentally uploaded the old file like the goober I am lol
edit: if that's not the case, try deleting the old pack file before importing the new one because sometimes Minecraft won't import it if it detects a duplicate pack (assuming you're opening the .mcpack file)
