EasyFarm Pack
Sometimes it's hard to see if a crop is fully grown or not so I made this small addition to make farming easier and more fun.
It is listed as 1.15, but it should work on most newer versions as well.
And here is a Version that works in 1.8 - 1.8.9:

Unfortunately It is impossible to change the texture of farmland when it's empty. I can only change the texture so that it's always the same. Sorry
