How to install Minecraft Resource Packs

Every owner of the cape has these Elytra, and this resource pack allows you to obtain them! In addition, this set of resources updates the wings and names in the inventory, making them more similar to the version used.

This resource pack works from 1.9 to 1.21.10, which means it works on all available versions!
If the resource package does not work, unpack it and extract the files.
