Whatever you try, use iris and sodium. If that is your completely vanilla fps, then depending on your shader, you should get 15-60 fps.

Don't know which shaders won't lag, but try "Sildurs' Vibrant Shaders light" or "Sildurs' Enhanced default", you could also try out "Complementary Shaders"
