Bearing in mind that the language file has 4000 lines, it takes kinda along time so that is why it is only 15%. Even though it will say, "this resource pack is made for a newer version of minecraft" if you're on pre-1.13.2 it will still work as it is only a language pack. Now that's out the way let us show the pack!
