URGENT: Someone stole this pack and put it here! minecraftmodslink.wordpress.com/tag/minecraft-1-7-10-resource-packs/page/4/ They stole MY texture pack!!!!!!!!! And they have their own download link and everything!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH! what can I do?

If they're abiding by the terms in the license of the pack (GPL, LGPL, Creative Commons, or All Rights Reserved), then you really can't do anything 'bout it.
