Are you a Minecraft builder? Do you hate it when your roads and pathways don't have transitions? Then fear not, this texture pack/addon is for you!
This uses Optifine's Connected Textures and Overlays for example, grass spreading out to other blocks.

Install this on TOP of the Faithful Texture Pack or this will not work

This texture pack might not work or conflict with other texture packs.
September 1, 2021 Update:
- Support for 1.17 and 1.17.1.
- Added ctm for cracked deepslate bricks, deepslate bricks, cracked polished blackstone bricks and end stone bricks.
