I have started making a texture pack that I think is really effective. It isn't finished and parts of it don't work (they have the right names and are in the right files) so if you think you can help me please comment or just pm me. If you don't like it, you can tell how to improve, I would find it very helpful, just don't tell me how bad it is, it can be quite annoying. So I hope you like it and I hope to have a finished version soon.
Will need a patcher if you want the custom lava.

have changed leaves, not sure if they'll look good, have also changed the enchanting table.
