it's actually not a tekkit texturepack but it work with it.
I haven't edit the mobs that much or the paintings but I changed pretty much everything else.
If you download it you'll see that all the pictures that I've upload isn't everything that i've changed like the creeper for an example so if you download the texturepack it will be a lot better than looking on some pictures. :)
Please comment if you want to change add or remove something.
It would help a lot both for finish the texturepack and for me hwo's don't have any ideas. :P
