This simple texture pack retextures the vanilla enchantment glint texture in a special way, which makes it resemble flames/fire.
It does not require anything else other than Vanilla Minecraft.

I'm sorry it's not working for you, I haven't tested it with Lunar Client, so I can't say what the problem might be.
