Follow-up comment as I'm rating the entries now :D I couldn't get this working on any Modern version of Minecraft, or 1.12, though I'm not too great with version swapping so it might be something on my end. (I did get it to show up in the resource pack folder area, just wasn't showing any changes.) Regardless, I'll rate them based off the images provided :)

it worked when I tried it myself on 1.12.2, idk where is the problem
had no idea how to make it for higher versions, literally just made this on nova skin site for the first time

I think its my fault, might've picked the wrong 1.12 version, don't think its on your end if I'm honest. Regardless, love the little sparkly idea :)
