From completely out of nowhere from someone you've never heard of, it's the flourish pack! This started out as a little hobby during which I was trying to learn color harmony and theming. Six months later I ended up making this pack in it's entirety. I got inspired after seeing the Simple Pack Showdown and decided to make my own palette and do textures for practice. I went for a blocky, cartoony, and vibrant style using little or no dithering when possible.
MCPatcher or Optifine strongly recommended!
9/1/2019 UPDATE!
Alrighty people, here's the deal: My attempt to do a palette change made me realize that there is a ton of work left to do and I can't quite figure out how to make biomes fit my palette (because of the way their colors are determined) in a way that I actually like. Also, now that I'm trying to focus on finding a job and working on personal coding projects, I'm not sure if this will ever be updated. It takes a lot of hours (especially for me because I'm not an amazing artist) to make textures and I'm not sure I'll ever have enough time to keep up with the development of new assets as the game continues in development. I'm not closing the door on this entirely, but I wouldn't hold your breath for an update in the near future.

I said this in the main post, but this is mostly an update to get things working with 1.13. There's still a ton of work to do but that will have to wait until I'm out of school in December.

Very pretty texture pack. I had to change the names of a couple images to get the Jack o'Lanterns to work right.
A bit of critisism; the diamond helmet could use a redesign, it's a bit weird looking (I edited it to look like a pair of goggles), the darker foliage should be edited to stay in line with the colormap of the grass. but that's it.
It's a great pack! Keep it up!.
