Designed to look good with and without the pumpkin

Needs EMF or Optifine to work properly
Should work well on any version since 1.13

Sounds interesting but then the look wouldn't feel complete imo. You can just remove the hat from the texture yourself:
Frosty Snowmen.zip\assets\minecraft\textures\entity\snow_golem.png (the top-right corner)
