yes and no, it is meant for 1.8.9 pvp but if your gonna use it for 1.16 some bits of the pack may not work correctly or may be missing.

yes in pack folder find folder called "mcpatcher" copy it and place in your resource pack but it will work only for 1.8.9 to i think 1.13 (1.14 has different coding and different folder name is required) hope i helped ;)
