This resource pack is a Java port for Bedrock. I got permission to port this.

Here's what the author says about this resource pack:
"Adds flowers to most of the full grown potato and carrot plants. Slight color adjustment to the full grown wheat.
Edit: Forgot to clarify that some full grown potato and carrot plants will still be flowerless!
  • 3 colors of potato flowers, 2 versions of each color
  • 2 colors of carrot flowers; 2 versions of the white, 3 of the pinky-purple
  • slightly brightened top of wheat"
