Upgraded HUD

What this pack does:
- Changes the textures of all hearts to a more subdued red, and upgraded hearts of all other varieties.
- Changes armor icons to shields.
- Changes hunger bar icons to golden carrots.
- Upgrades XP bars.
- Better hotbar attack indicator.

Ignore the background of the hunger bar in the preview I forgot to turn of appleskin.
Please let me know if there's any issues! This is my first pack I've actually published, so any critiques are also appreciated!

This pack should work on any more recent version of Minecraft and does not require Optifine.
