Still working on it. Gold is for good people. Diamond is for NOOBS. There is logic behind that but bear with me here. Another 'BTW' Diamond is fine for battles against the Enderdragon. Use gold for most other mobs though.

My logic is that diamond's are a NOOB's best friend in PvPcombat, but no one uses gold for PvP combat. But if you can beat someone while they are in a full diamond combat suit (with diamond sword) while you have the same but gold items, you aren't a NOOB and they are. BTW Iron is HardCore so check out HardcoreIron on 'aaronsfury's' profile.
