very worst port ever, cannot play on any version except 1.14, zipped only main folder so you have to unzip and rezip again. also no optifine support, game just crashes

Ummm, the resource pack was written under 1.14. Actually it won't work on older versions since minecraft now uses pack_format: 4 and most of the blocks with updates are renamed. The resource pack was written under Optifine so it's supported without problems. There may be problem in your PC or optifine seetings
