Welcome to my latest creation!

So, as you can probably tell, this pack adds hanging baskets. So how do you get a hanging basket in you game? Well, first you download the pack, then you get a pot and put it on a transparent block (e.g: air, glass, leaves etc.) and done!

This pack works with almost anything you can put in a pot with the exceptions of bamboo and cactus.

This pack is also compatible with any other resource pack provided that it does not alter the flowerpot model.

Please do not copy my files without permission. If you want to use them ask.

can you make it a normal pot on stairs and slabs? i put most of my pots on stairs and now they turned into baskets because stairs arent a solid block.

Unfortunately that's just the way this pack works. The technique I used to create the baskets applies to all transparent blocks and there is no way to selectively choose blocks.

It should already work for 1.19.2. The pack will show up as incompatible but you can still load it and it should work as intended.

If it's alright could I ask how you manage to make the post recognize when it's not on a solid block? I'm making a building pack for myself, and I've created my own model, but I'm still super confused!

I used cullfaces to achieve this effect. Usually the cullface direction is the same as the face direction, but it is not a requirement. Most of the basket model has a cullface of down, meaning that if any solid block is bellow it, faces with a cullface of down will disappear.

That is ingenious!!! Thank you for the help, if it's alright I'm thinking about sharing my pack with some friends, but I'd still like to give you credit for the original idea on the main zip file, and also on pot's json file. Would it be alright if I did so?
