It's kind of impossible for this to be HD. Also, it's obvious that all you did was take HD textures and shrink them down to 16x16.

The point is that it's supposed to be a better quality pack using the 16x16 res, like if you either don't want to or can't use the patcher. (I used the patcher. It's worth it.)
