This texture pack is up to date with 1.5.2 and is backwards compatible with older MC versions! If you are looking for a resource pack for 1.6.1 and newer versions of Minecraft click here: Herbert's Own Dressing v3

My texture pack is only 16-bit so it is pretty much as realistic as it gets for a low resolution pack!

Nearly all of the in game blocks have been updated to be more realistic. Check out the new unrefined ores like coal, iron, gold, lapis lazuli, red stone, emerald, diamond and even nether quartz, the corresponding ore items are realistic too! Unlike default the new hopper item actually looks like a hopper. I've also changed the new red stone block, quartz blocks and dropper. The swords are even more realistic! The trapped chests aren't as obvious that they are trapped... but it is still noticeable just be sure to pay attention. xD The texture pack now had a fully edited GUI, specifically pay attention to the Enchanting Table, Crafting Table, Anvil, Chests, Dropper/Dispenser, Hopper, Backgrounds, Buttons and MORE!

Herbert's Own Dressing is now at a point where I feel ts is 99% complete, there is ALWAYS something else to fix update and revise. I am also going to continue making improvements to this texture pack but not as frequent as I have in that past since nearly every texture has been changed.

I'm open to suggestions and I encourage you to comment and let me know what you think! Even if there is something you don't like about my pack, I wanna know! I also encourage you to give me a diamond if you like my textures.

Unfortunately there was little to no differences in the textures in my hgame when I installed it. I do like your screenshots.

If you couldn't notice a difference you didn't install it properly. You would notice a BIG difference when you first start using it. You should try it again. Be sure to un-zip the file before you add it to your texture packs folder. Its a frequent problem for lots of people.

Also this texture pack is for old versions of MC. If your Minecraft is up to date you should use this one... Herbert's Own Dressing for 1.6.4. This one works with the current version of Minecraft unlike this pack that you just commented on.
