Hides the Accessibility and Language Buttons.

They only show when you hover over the Buttons.
And the pack removes the background of the buttons.

Apparently this isn't possible anymore with just a resource pack
If you want to, I can make a fabric MC 1.20.4 mod that can hide/remove them
but only if you will actually use it
