The Ingotia resource pack is an attempt to be a complete overhaul of the default texture/resources that improves the over all look and feel of it while still having the same feel. Minecraft creations viewed with the Ingotia resource pack will look better then but not inconsistent with creations being viewed in the default texture pack.

Update #7 : by JoWiBro 11/22/2014 3:06:57 pmNov 22nd, 2014
This update includes mainly refinments to existing textures but also includes a big change to the GUI. Due to some feedback and my own preferences I am making some changes to the GUI apearance. The main difference is that it has more of the embossed/chuncky feel of Minecraft's defualt GUI.
For those of you who prefer my first version of the GUI, fear not. I have uploaded a second resource pack specificaly for the fancy GUI. Keep in mind that this other resource pack includes ONLY the GUI elements and nothing else. It is ment to be used in conjunction with this resource pack.

Also, I'm guessing there needs to be an "assets" folder? I'm not familiar with how to set them up, but when I searched for the problem, these were the things people were saying caused packs to not show up when missing.
Also, when I put a pack.mcmeta into the zipped file (One from another pack), the pack showed up in my list of resource packs, but didn't actually load. Everything was still default. Perhaps this info helps?
My version does have a "pack.mcmeta" and an "assets" folder. It sounds like either the download is getting corrupted or for some reason Planet Minecraft is downloading to you the old pre Minecraft 1.6 format version I had up before. hmmm. I'll see if there is anything on my end I can do.
Looks good now. Works fine. :D Thanks for the assistance.
Any chance there's a bug with the recent download? Or perhaps an issue on my end?
