Ladies and Gentlemen, finally I can present to you... Custom arrows model in vanilla Minecraft: Java!

Pack changes arrows model to item-like model.

Optifine or any mods not required. #noptifine (optifine even can't change arrows model, muhahaha. >:) )
(Probably) works in 1.18.2 and above (but there may be dragons bugs).


Finally, I found a way to change entity models with no mods!
This is first approach of CEM-S: Custom Entity Model Shader.

I have some things to show later with this new technique.

Does this work with arrows from other resourcepacks? or do they have to be designed specifically to work with this pack

The arrows don't actually come from the item texture, but instead from the item texture copied into a portion of the arrow entity textures. So it has to be specifically designed to work with the pack. You could change the entity texture as you wish, though, as long as it doesn't break the control pixel (and you probably want the original there just in case iirc)
