    I'm pretty sure you're only allowed to post texture packs once 50% of blocks or items have been textured.

    nah i started the same way of making my texture pack and no one have any problem with it.

    "Generally speaking, a significant portion of one of the primary areas that a resource pack covers must be changed before you are allowed to submit the pack. These areas include blocks, items, sounds, and the user interface. The rule of thumb for resource packs is that they must change at least 50% of all blocks or items, or all of the sounds or user interface elements, to be posted."

    That's in the rules. It's a very nice looking pack so far, so I'd hate it to get taken down.
