We removed the ears. I'm surprised as to why I added the ears in the first place other than to replicate the tripophobia prototype that looked very similar to John. But now they're gone now so yay!

Really good stuff! You and pixperfect have made so many people happy with this, specially all the John mod ogs that tought the same thing with the warden when it was introduced!
