In this texture pack I just changed the items I don't like, dispensers, furnaces, redstone lanterns, wool, birch bark and the spawner. I am very sorry I couldn't take a picture of the spawner, the spawner isn't in creative mode and I like to stay away from them in survival/hardcore.
