you need to take the folder you downloaded and open it and inside that you will see a folder put it on your desktop and now open your start menu and put in %appdata% and press enter an find your .minecraft folder and open it and find texture packs open it and now put the folder you put on your desktop in the texture packs folder P.S. you have to do this for ALL texture packs
