Inspired by a Ghost Runner katana I believe, I'm not 100% sure lol. Took a bit and I like how it turned out, it's the netherite sword by the way. Also don't put the model in your offhand it uhh... does some stuff.

Theoretically if you're on Minecraft Java Edition versions 1.16+ it should work fine and I tested it myself in 1.18 so really just double check to make sure that you're in a recent version on a Java edition of the game. Also, it replaces the netherite sword so maybe you're thinking it's a different sword, and at the end of the day, you can always go into the models file and just rename "netherite_sword.json" to be some other item if you really want to. I'd be open to helping you further so if there's something I'm missing or something that you need some more help with, I'd be more than willing to give my input.
