nope, impossible. Due to minecraft not being perfectly adapt to anything but 16x your texturepack will make it more laggy. Also, you could have the most complex 16x pack in the world and it would still get the same ammount of lag (unless it has mod support, animations, etc...).

-your texture pack makes lava solid red-- so the red gloop can kill everything....god do i have to explain everything i say....
