this only changes 3 swords. it does not change tools.

This pack does exactly what you would expect it to do: it adds Lightsabers (from Star Wars.) The Netherite, Diamond, and Iron swords are changed into Lightsabers.
Netherite - Red
Diamond - Blue
Iron - Green
The Gold, Stone and Wooden swords are not changed because they are simply so weak it wouldn't make any sense to change them. You would think the Gold one would be strong enough but no, it deals as much damage as the Wooden one.
I suggest using this pack for PVP.

And probably change the names of the three swords too. You should be able to change the item names in lang.txt if I'm correct. I don't remember.
