Here's the texture pack I'm using currently, which I did not update for more than 2 years ... Dayum !
I edited a couple of terrain textures, and make the pack compatible with minecraft 1.8.8.

Description:

A 16x16 faithful texture pack that aims to keep the "minecraft feeling" while improving your gaming experience.
With warmer colours, this pack looks very natural.
It gives the relief, the depth, that is missing to the default one.
It is good-looking both closely or from afar, since I start the terrain with the Ayji's Pack in 32x, then modify a lot the textures, to gain in precision and natural.

Notes 

- Do not use my textures without my permission.
- I know some textures are still default, I will make them bit by bit.
