Skeletons need to spawn in a ocean biome to have that texture or when they stay underwater the get that texture?

Or they have this texture everywhere everytime?

skeletons in ocean biomes will have their textures changed into 3 sunken skeleton variants.

I forgot to make it so it only appears underwater, but I'll add it in the next update.
