Mangy's Sheep Remodel
Java / Optifine Required
I've remodeled sheep here and gave it 3 textures. I've never liked that farm animals only have one color each while horses have 35 possible combos and cats have 9 colors. Even dogs only have one color. So this is just the start of multiple remodels and added textures.
There's black, brown, and white. All common sheep colors. I don't know why the minecraft sheep is sandy colored, I've never seen one like that. They all have equal chance of spawning, though I may change that to be biome specific or some more rare than others. It didn't really make sense to me because optifine doesn't register mobs' parent data, so two black sheep can make a white or brown baby. So I left it. I am working on a datapack that will have animal genetics similar to horses.
I was going to make it so baby sheep do not have horns, but had some issues so still figuring it out because it seems I'm only allowed to make one baby texture.
The base remodel is by Rozarke , I only added horns and changed the texture! I asked for permission and they said it was alright so long as it was edited to some degree. If they rescind their permission I will delete this. Anyone may change the texture pack to fit your gameplay of course, but if you post textures for the model please credit me and/or Rozarke.
