Magical Netherite add all Netherite Stuff with rework Texture
For Fabric you need Fabric API + CTM mod + ETF + EMF +(Optional Indium to make the bright effect)

The armor texture doesn't appear when I wear the armor, only the items has the textures.

history
yes, on description i said that on 1.21.4 mojang changed the assets of the game and the armor don't works in the newest version of the game, for now only works on 1.21.1 and prior versions (1.16)
in a far future i'll update to 1.21.4 but it'll be a hela of work they chaged a lot

the pack looks great, my only issue is that in 1.17 (1.17.1 specifically) some of the pixels on the tools and sword are invisible and is very distracting

go on pack archives and delete optifine/emissive.properties if work talk to me
