This is a texture pack I've been working on since the early parts of 2013, Magical Realms. It's a simplistic pack (but not flood-fill MS-Paint level simple, nor is it "bevel simple"), set in a bright fantasy world where apparently magic reigns or something.
This technically is not the first magical realms. The first magical realms was started at the beginning of 2012. It wasn't very good, to say the least. It was a quick pack made in Paint.NET, and my experience was much more limited in that era, to say the least. I shelved it, saying that I'd eventually complete it, but after time I didn't want to touch it.
Later, I started over. I wanted to make good, consistent textures, irritated by the lack of consistency in the default texture pack. Magical Realms was then reborn.
