I really wanted to make a mod to do this stuff, but I can't use Java very well, so for now, this is the best I can do. This texture pack focuses on items properties (ie. lighting fires, strength, durability) to utilize this, I turned ingots into magic gems that you use to make other magic items such as wands and armor. This is also my first pack so please don't post mean comments.
