A somewhat simple texture pack, replaces the crossbow with the German weapon "Mauser C96", does not require (Optifine)

Here is a version of the Mauser C96, with extended barrel and grip, to be adapted to the crossbow and used by the Illagers.

Also change the name of the bow to "Mauser C96 Karabiner" in the following languages:
Deutsch, English, Español MX, Français, Italiano, 日本語 and Русский

Here's another texture pack, of the Mauser C96, but this time adapted for the Minecraft Weapon "Crossbow", thus making the C96 a Manual Weapon and at the same time making it compatible with other Weapon Texture Packs, which use the "Bow" Weapon

I have been working on a 3d texture pack that changes the Cross bow into a Kar98k and i cant figure out the code
so if you dont mind me asking are their any big things i need to know? =D

I don't know what code you're referring to, but I download other 3D weapon texture packs to use their code as a base and then modify it by creating a texture pack for a weapon, I recommend using "Blockbench" you can use it on their website or download it on your PC.
