If u wanna use the texture pack u most download MCPATHER! its verry

important or else it will be little wired things on the blocks.

well, it has been awhile since i have made a texture pack but i think you go where like the boat and mine cart textures are and the sign texture will be in there somewhere that is the best i can do to explain it, sorry if that didn't help :/ and if it did :D
