MC Vintage Editon changed the entire game to have a more vintage feel. From the sounds to the texture and even the mobs. Most texture have been recreated to have that older feel.
Sounds - Some of those original sound have been brought back, from the iconic hurt sound to many more.
Entities and Models- Entity texture have been changed from fish to phantoms to stay in line with the vintage feel.
Block and Item textures - Almost all texture have been gone through from boats to foods, minecarts and building blocks
