It still shows Minecraft with a chance of 1/10000. This is because all MC does is change the order of the pixels, so it’ll swap E & C again.

It actually does. Mc doesn't change it to Minceraft randomly, instead, it rearranges the order of the pixels to Minceraft; it changes the c & e. So, if it's Minceraft, and they mix up the E & C, it'll still be Minecraft.
