i found a texture pack like this but it was missing the new things like iron bars were glass and sandstone was sand

No I think that Indev and Alpha have the same textures so sorry for making that false request but you can still make it if you want to I mean the only differerance that I can think of is that in Indev, all of the trees were the same brown trees.
