You can choose what resolution you want your texture pack to be at.
There are currently 4 versions ( 16x 32x 64x 128x )

16x is for slow computers
128x is for fast computers

How to install resource pack ?

  1. Download the .zip file
  2. Extract the file
  3. go to %appdata% or your local minecraft folder
  4. copy the file to resource pack folder
  5. it should appear in game with other resource packs
