Unique Tools - Partially Programmer Art

This texture pack gives each tool excluding spears, wood, and copper tools a unique texture. I also retextured the mace cuz why not

I originally tried to make this as close to the programmer art style as possible, but i decided to mix it a little with MInecraft's more modern style texturing as I thought it looked a lot better.

- All tools are given a little "sleeve" on the handle.
- Iron tools have unchanged shapes.
- Wooden and copper tools are not changed at all by this pack because they arent used that often anyways and im lazy.
- Stone tools have the little string thingies and have a darker palette. this is not the same as the medieval tools and armor pack tho i made it myself this time instead of being a lazy bum. I know i just said im lazy but ignore that
- Gold tools are "sharper", if you get what i mean
- netherite tools are larger and stuff
- diamond tools i kinda just did whatever if it looked cool

This should be compatible with 1.8.9 as well because i also created an "items" directory along with the normal "item".
